Numerical practice from direct to mixed

These are authored learning exercises, not additional PYQs. Their purpose is to practise the methods before attempting the full examination questions in the past exam questions under Solved Questions. Any practice marks describe an exercise's suggested size, not marks or frequency observed in a past paper. For TEE priorities, start with the December 2025 and February 2026 paper question forms; use extra variants to repair a method that is still unclear.

These 52 original drills supplement every solved PYQ. They are not predicted exam questions. Use a blank page: copy the question, cover the answer, choose the formula, solve, then compare. After an error, redo the same type with the answer covered later that day and once the next morning. Reading or copying a solution once is not the same as being able to retrieve its method.

For TEE, complete every family, including drills 42–45 and 50 on gates and BPTT. A ten-minute block can contain one long numerical or three short ones. Repeat a solved family later with its answer covered before counting it as reliable.
