What to write if the exam page feels blank

Formula reference and exam revision

Pause briefly, put both feet down and take one slow breath. Then write only the GIVEN values and what is ASKED. Classify the question using the method map. Write its general formula before inserting numbers. One correct first line is a smaller task than “solve the whole question”.

For CNN, draw the shape chain. For back prop, draw arrows and label the loss. For an optimizer, draw columns for step, gradient, state, new parameter. For LSTM, write old part, new part, cell, hidden. If you remain stuck after a short attempt, leave visible working space and move to a question you can start. Return after collecting those marks.

The goal is to reduce the next action to something concrete and familiar. Practice it during mocks so it is available under time pressure.
