**Practice paper · 10 marks · 60 minutes.** Q1 and Q2 are compulsory (2 marks each). Attempt any two of Q3, Q4 and Q5 (3 marks each). All five solutions are included below their questions. These are newly authored practice questions, not predictions of the actual paper.

Use about 8 minutes each for Q1–Q2, 16 minutes each for the two chosen 3-mark questions, and the remaining 12 minutes to read, choose and check. Write the formula and substitutions even if a final calculation gets stuck.
